"I already ate very healthfully and was at a healthy body weight. So when I lost 5 lbs (which my husband says is over 3.5% of my body weight), I was kind of surprised. I might have even lost more if I had exercised daily like they recommended. What I see is that my body seems less puffy, my skin looks good, my limbs look smaller and my stomach is flatter.
